" 'Mirroring' yourself.."

A hostile person lives in a hostile world.
A loving person lives in a loving world.
What you see in others is what you see in yourself.

-from Readers Digest

Take some time to think of the traits/characteristics you often seem to pay more attention to in others. Very likely, those will be the areas that you are particularly sensitive to with respect to yourself. Possibilities: It's either that the traits are already found in you or that you internally wish you can possess them.

True.

what a coincidence. i was in bathroom just now thinking of wat i have written in this post and thot that there is an exception to what a person might feel abt the ppl around her. that is experience. and here u pointed it out. :>

cos i was thinking abt my father who always tell us to be careful and not get cheated easily. he always caution us in our relation to ppl as there are very shrewd business ppl out there who will take advantage of newbies for example. He also worried that our money will get cheated by our future husbands in future. ha.

However, i understand that my father isnt that kind of person himself. infact, he is totally opposite of what he told us abt the ppl out there. It is the fact that he was conned and made used b4 by others (which include his very own brothers!! )that resulted in his now very harsh view of the working ppl.

=>Misfortune can change a person's mindset of the world.
